Complete your rental deposit and payment here on the website.

Alpha House Property Manager will contact you upon receipt of payment and will schedule a walk through with you.

You will be assigned your room and bunk. Property Manager will review all house rules with you and you'll receive your keys.
Check Out Process

Property Manager will do a room and bunk review with you.

Keys to be returned back to Property Manager.

Should room and bunk be in the same condition upon vacating as it was upon the beginning of your renting term AND keys are returned, full deposit to be returned to you within 48 business hours of all competed items above.
